In our hatchery in Gravelines, we control the reproduction and rearing of larvae under optimal conditions. Each fry is closely monitored to guarantee impeccable genetic and health quality from the very first days of life.

LIVESTOCK FARMING

Our fish then go to our breeding sites in Corsica, Sardinia or on the Opal Coast.

Raised in pure, low-density waters, they develop firm and tasty flesh, similar to wild fish.

Each batch undergoes rigorous controls: bacteriological analyses, organoleptic tests, complete traceability.
